Hi I was just wondering if there was a setting in WebTwain to control the shade of white in RGB scanning mode? Whenver I scan a document the background of the pages appears as a cool blue.

Thanks...

Hi M2mini,

Currently, Dynamic Web TWAIN doesn't support the feature you mentioned.

To help me pinpoint the issue, can you please install Tracker and try acquiring image via it. You can refer to this article:
http://kb.dynamsoft.com/questions/654/H ... scanner%3F

If the issue persists when using Twacker, it is possible that the cause is the scaner itself. I searched online and found the following posts which may help you solve the issue.

Please keep me updated on the issue.

Best Regards,
