when i use the method (HTTPUploadThroughPost) to Upload file with extension (TIF OR BMP)
it is not work can you help me?

Normally, the extensions BMP, TIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG work well in the the method HTTPUploadThroughPost.

To better pinpoint the cause of the issue, would you please let us know what ErrorString was thrown when uploading fails? Also, it would be helpful if you can show me the code snippet you used to upload the images.

I have known the cause of the problem, the type of scaning like color,Balck-white and Gray Scale

the TIF & bmp work only for(Balck-white and Gray Scale).

In fact, TIF & BMP work well for RGB images in the method HTTPUploadThroughPost. You can try uploading a TIF file on our online demo.

Have you tried using the property ErrorString to get the error thrown when uploading fails?

am facing problem (HTTP process error) using the following :

Method :HTTPUploadThroughPost
Uploading Filetype : TIFF, BMP and PNG.

The problem happened in the following setting :

Pixel Type: 2(RGB)
Resolution: 240-300

i tryed to upload in the advanced demo and got (HTTP process error) too other options seems to be fine all other cases.

P.S: i guess the problem happened when the scanned image exceed a specific size in megabyte regarding to HTTP post limit !

Do you mean you get "HTTP process error" on our online demo?

When the image to be uploaded is too large, the uploading process may sometimes be disturbed by unstable network. Please check your network status when this error occurs.

When the size of images you are going to upload goes beyond the maximum transferable data size which is defined by the server. You usually get this error message: The handle is in the wrong state for the requested operation. This is not the case for our online demo.

Please do some tests and keep us updated.

Yes i got HTTP process Error on you advanced Online demo as my own site.

The error happened after the progress bar for HTTPUloadThroughPost methods finished.
