Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

We have a web application (JSP) where we enter data into form fields by looking at a scanned image. The program works fine except when we open the image using the image editor, the tab button in the original web page no longer works. If the image editor is closed the tab button starts working again. Is there a solution to this so that we can tab whilst the image editor is open?

Currently, when the image editor is open, all keys on the keyboard are disabled.
