There are two possible reasons:
1. The installation package is somehow damaged. Could you please download it again?

2. You do not have administrative right. Please make sure you log in as a administrator when you install the software.

Please check the advanced security settings for the installation package and make sure no permission on the installation package is denied for your account. The advanced security settings can be found by:

1. Right clicking the installation package
2. Selecting the "Security" tag
3. Clicking the "Advanced" button

Terminal Service?
I had unistall the software for problems, and from that day in then they give that error to me

1. Which OS are you using?
2. How did you uninstall Dynamic TWAIN from your machine previously? Did you delete some files manually?

The possible cause of this issue is that the initialization of InstallShield Wizard failed.

You can try searching the "Dynamic TWAIN 4.1 TRIAL.msi" file under the directory "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\" and installing Dynamic TWAIN from the Windows Installer Package directly. If the MSI file can not be found, please feel free to let me know. If the error still exists, I suggest that you reinstall the OS of your PC.

So far we have not confirmed it is a registry problem. Have you tried installing Dynamic TWAIN from the Windows Installer Package ("Dynamic TWAIN 4.1 TRIAL.msi" file) directly?
