Saving the scanned file to DB

I am using a trial version (6.2) to save scanned files in DB. The scan is working as I can see it appearing in the DynamicWebTwain object.However my images are not being saved in the DB. I could save it in my Development environment and in one of the deployed environment. But not in others? Can you please help?

Which method are you using to upload scanned images to your DB? Also, did you get any error message? You can use the ErrorString property to get the error message.
