Hi, I have a problem, I bought the full version of Dynamic Twain 4.1 for one developer and when I try to distribute the DLL as it says in the manual. However it says that the serial number is incorrect but in the machine where the development software is installed... can you tell me what this happen?

Please make sure the license in Licensing Tool on the development machine is changed to the full version license successfully. Licensing Tool can be found at "Start -> All Programs -> Dynamic TWAIN (version number) -> Licensing Tool".

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 2008, please make sure you DO have the administrator permission to change the license. You can press the Shift key while right-clicking "Licensing Tool", and choose the "Run as administrator" option.

After upgrading, you need to remove the Dynamic TWAIN control of the trial version from the form, re-add the full version control, rebuild your application and then distribute the application again.
