What really I aim for is to adjust the area of digitalization to the dimensions of the document.

Dynamic TWAIN does not provide the preview functionality. We recommend you use Dynamic Web TWAIN which can fulfill your requirement.

Dynamic Web TWAIN provides an Image Editor for image viewing and editing. You can use the image editor to preview and edit the scanned image.
