What PDF version is the scanned document saved in version 6.0, 6.2

We had a weird problem of a user scanning 5 pages, no adf or duplex, viewing all 5 before uploading, then when viewing it said "Insufficent Data for Image" on the last page. When i look at it is shows the last page as blank, but the user swears it had data on it before uploading.

Do you have any idea what could have happened?

Hi Linda,

To help me pinpoint the issue, can you please let me know the following things:

1. Are you using JSP?
2. Was the problematic image uploaded to a Linux server?
3. The latest version of Dynamic Web TWAIN is v6.3.1. Can you please try upgrade to v6.3.1 to see if the issue persists? For trial version, here is download page. For full version, please email to sales[at]dynamsoft.com for a download link.
