Page hangs and Scanner driver cannot be accessed again

Hi,

Whenever I call on the AcquireImage method on javascript, the page just hangs and the scanner driver cannot be accessed again after that.

Note: this page has a master page, I had tried it on stand-alone pages and it works.

We are using Dynamic Web Twain 6.2, IE8 as our browser and Canon LiDE 200 for the scanner.

Any help on how to resolve this problem would be appreciated.

Hi Rmendoza,

The latest version of Dynamic Web TWAIN is 6.3. I recommend you upgrade the component to the latest version and then try scanning again.
