Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

*** I'm not a programmer but my programmers as well as myself have tried to get a resolution to this issue and we cannot seem to find one that works. ***

We use the Dynamic web twain to scan information and sometimes it can be hundreds of pages. When choosing the scanner from the list of available scanners the only one that will allow for more than one image to be scanned in succession without pressing scan repeatedly is the WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) option. We have four different types of scanners that we use and they are primarily Fujitsu with HP and Cannon scanners in use as well. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it successfully? We tried calling and got referred to the Knowledge Base, needless to say the answer they provided didn’t work so I am trying this as a last ditch effort. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
