OCR & Server Licencing?

1. I want to know when we buy a Web Server License, this server licence will be assigned only for a server name or IP? If we change our server, Can we update old server licence to new server ?
2. Web Twain Activex is supporting Ocr or not?

One Web Server License is assigned to one server, and the server name and IP are not restricted. As long as you are using only one server, you can move the old Server License to the new server. Please refer to:
