Hi,

Our application need to support 64-bit IE 8 browsers.

I had managed to follow your instructions in dealing with both the 32-bit and 64-bit browser.

However, when I'm testing for the 64-bit, there are no scanners that are detected, while there are in 32-bit.

I'm using the 6.3 version by the way.

I hope you could help me on this.

Sorry for the delay in answering your question.

Dynamic Web TWAIN 6.3 (x86/x64 pack) supports 64-bit IE 8 browsers. To verify it, you can download and install vitual scaner on your machine and try again. The download link for vitual scaner (x64 pack) can be found here.


You need to install 64-bit drives to be detected in 64-bit IE.
