Hello to all

Is it possible to get image from scanner in PHP or JSP but using dynamic twain not dynamic web twain?

Yes. You can use Dynamic TWAIN to scan images in PHP and JSP. But Dynamic TWAIN does not have the capability of uploading the scanned image to web server, which Dynamic Web TWAIN does.
