Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

I have read the existing post on liscencing problems, but in my case the error message is "Invalid serial number". We did pay you, and when I run DTLicensing.exe it says I have a permanent developer liscence. On the client machine I copied DynamicTwainCtrl.dll into the Windows/System32 directory and ran regsvr32 on it. Is that all I need to do? What am I doing wrong? It works on the development machine.

This is because the runtime license info is missing.

You can copy DynamicTwainCtrl.dll and register it manually. But you have to build/compile your application on a licensed machine. During the build process, the runtime license info is embedded into the executable file.

What is your development tool?

You can try to remove DWT from your application and re-add it. Then rebuild the applicaton to see whether this problem still exists.
