I set MaxImagesInBuffer=1

I have an ADF scanner and it may have more than one pages in the feeder, but i just want it to scan the first. How do i stop it after one scan. It currently scans all that are in the feeder even though the Max is set to 1.

Hi lcgray,

You can use the XferCount property to limit the number of images scanned from ADF. Like your case, you can set the value of the property to 1.

Also, you can call CloseSource in the OnPostTransfer event, which is fired after a transfer ends, to close the source after the first scanning.
