Dear All,

I am using the Web server license of Dynamic Web Twin (Plug in) for deployment on The IIS Web Server.
I actually followed all deployments steps while during the deployment.

1:- Installed Web Twin and Registered the server license.
2:- Copy the xpi File and placed in the Web Directory.

When we browse the application and try to capture the image. Image was not captured using web server license.

While with the Developer license I can capture the image and upload successfully.

Kindly do response ASAP.

Regards
Shafiq ch.

Hi Shafiq,

To better pinpoint the cause of the problem, please let me know the following info:

1. Have you successfully downloaded the plug-in to the client machine? Please check out the following article to learn how to install the control on client machines:
http://kb.dynamsoft.com/questions/12/Ho ... st+time%3F

2. Which browser are you using?

3. If you've downloaded the control, did you get any error message when scanning? You can use ErrorString to get the error message.
