Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

I successfully integrated the Active-X control and I'm now modifying the code to handle the Plug-In version and having some difficulties.

I have an HTTP Document Handler for all .tif and .pdf files which decrypt them and stream them down and it works fine with IE and the Active-X; I can even step through the document handler to ensure it was called. The problem is that it does not trigger in FireFox which makes me *think* there is either caching that is interfering or there is a problem with the Plug-In.

I tried adding headers to prevent caching and looked in FireFox options to see if there were caching properties to turn off.

Just to note that I can scan/save the file without incident.

Any suggestions? Or is anyone else experiencing this problem?

HTTPDownload method works fine in Firefox on our side. Would you please be more specific about the issue? Did you get any error message? You can use the ErrorString property to get the error message.
