hi every body
l like to know the following things. please help me if you can

i had a tif file and the corresponding doc file.

now i like to read the contents of tiff file and compare it with the contents of doc file by converting to image.

now the questions are
1)how to read the contents of the tiff file
2)how to convert a word in the ms-word file to image
3)how to compare both of them in vb.net

Dynamic Web TWAIN enables you to acquire images from any TWAIN compatible devices.

Currently, Dynamic Web TWAIN does not support OCR or WORD file processing.

You can try combining DWT with an OCR software to fulfill your requirement. For example, you can use the OCR software to read the content from your tiff file first, then compare it with the content of your doc file.
