Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

Hi,
I have write a piece of code in php to scan images uisng DWT. It works fine on my local pc. In order to upload images, i used IP address. But when i deployed on my web server, i used my server name. It caused an error: The server name or address could not be resolved
Then i replace it with the IP of my server, but again gives an error: A connection with the server could not be established.

can you please figure out, what i am missing?
