The user can use hot key "Ctrl + Mouse Wheel" or "Alt + Mouse Wheel" to zoom in/out the image, use "+" (small keyboard) to zoom in the image, and use "-" (small keyboard) to zoom out the image."

I'm not seeing this behavior on either Firefox with the plugin nor IE with the ActiveX. Only the browser's zoom of the entire page happens (and has control repainting problems in some cases as a result)

Is this a bug? Is there a workaround?

Hi Jason,

The hot key works fine on our side. Please note that the Zoom feature is only valid when the SetViewMode method is set to (-1,-1). Please set the method to (-1,-1) and try the hot key again.
