Capability Get / Set Javascript example needed

All of the examples of capability negotiation in the "book" are represented in VB. Would someone please post a simple concise example of CapGet and CapSet in javascript. I'm having syntactical problems. Something that would benefit everyone would be great, like ICAP_BRIGHTNESS or ICAP_XRESOLUTION.

Can you please just add the sample as a post and to the documentation rather than sending them individually?

More importantly, please post and document the integral constant values for each enumeration as they are not listed or accessible to the ActiveX/Plugin by names.

After you log into the source control system, the capability sample can be found at $/DWT Advanced Samples/ActiveX & Plug-in/CapabilityNegotiation.zip.
