Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

I am using sample code of C# autoupload.when i click on scan button then it generates error 'cannot communicate with scanner' and this error also comes up in online demo.my scanner is Canon MF4150 multifunction. the interesting thing is that sometime it works and sometime it generates error.

Dynamic Web TWAIN works well with all TWAIN compliant devices. For the problem you are experiencing, please check whether the scanner is attached to the computer properly. You can use the scanner and camera wizard that comes with Windows to verify this.

I solve this problem to just change my scanner. sorry, the issue had in my scanner.
