bw images and brightness

Hello.
We use Dynamic web twain ActiveX 5.1.

How to set the brightness, when we use bw mode? Some images are very black.

You can use the Brightness property to set the brightness. For more information about this, please refer to:

When I use the Brightness property to set the brightness in bw mode the image is not change. In other modes yes, in bw no. Scaner EPSON GT-2500

The Brightness property is available for Black&White images. Before using the property, please make sure the brightness value is supported by your scanner. You may try using the following line to check whether or not the brightness value has been set to the image:
alert(ObjectName.Brightness);

If the problem persists, you may sent your simplified code and BW images to twainsupport@dynamsoft.com. I will check it for you.
