Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

Hello,

I've been trying to get a pdf to save from an A4 Scan, but for some reason the SaveAllAsPDF puts a fairly big border (white / blank) around the scanned pages, there's about an inch gap around the top, left and right sides and about 2.5 inches at the bottom. the PDF file properties say it's A4.

The Tiff Exporter does just fine and there's no border on it, any ideas what I can do about this border?

This is a known issue of Dynamic .NET TWAIN 1.0.1. Our developers have worked out an internal version with the PDF boarder issue solved. Here is the download link:

To use the internal version, please follow the steps below:

1. Unzip the attached file to the installation folder of Dynamic .NET TWAIN.

2. Open your application in Visual Studio and remove the control completely (remove the control from your form and remove DynamicDotNetTwain from Toolbox).

3. Add the internal version of Dynamic .NET TWAIN into your application.

4. Rebuild your application.
