I have implemented the Active X version of the software and all seems fine using normal type scanners.

I am getting some feedback from users saying they are having issues with their All-in-One (phone/fax/copier/scanner) being detected/start scan.

Are there any known issue that would prevent a user form initiating a scan using an all-in-one setup?

Please make sure that the devices are TWAIN-compatible. For more info on how to check if the devices are TWAIN-compatible, please refer to:

Also, if the users are using Windox Vista/7/2008, please try turning Protected Mode off in IE and try again. For more info on how to turn off protected mode, please refer to:
