Dynamsoft TWAIN Products

As a state department, all software we implement on the web has to comply with all rules of 508 accessibility.
Does this program comply with the rules of Section 508. All the features have to be accessible through keyboard only.
Does it function with most screen readers. We currently test with JAWS?
