For your questions,

1. Dynamic TWAIN does not support 48 bit colordepth at present, but there will be 48 bit colordepth-support in our future versions.

2. OCR is not/won't be supported in Dynamic TWAIN. However, you can use the output of Dynamic TWAIN as the input of OCR application.
For the TTF-font issue, could you be more specific?
