can I rotate a page in a multipage tiff file and then save only that page in the same position in the file?

Yes, you can do it by following steps below:

1. Load the multi-page TIFF file to the control using the LoadImage method;

2. Rotate a specified page;

3. Save the entire multi-page TIFF file using SaveAllAsMultiPageTIFF method, and that page will be replaced with the rotated one.
